Can anyone order?

Yes! Because we are firefighter operated, most of our customer base comes from fire departments and the health care system but that doesn't mean we aren't happy to work with you. No matter what you do or what you want custom apparel for, we will work with you to make sure you get what you want!

What if I don't have a logo but I have an idea for one?

While we obviously appreciate an already established logo, we are more than happy to work with you and design a logo for your needs.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Delivery times vary depending on your location and on the size of your order.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

What if already have the clothing I want embroidered on?

We are more than happy to work with you to customize pieces that you already own. Reach out to us to let us know what you'd like and we will take it from there!
